Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

It is your responsibility to ensure tobacco can be legally received in your location before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sell@imperiumcigars.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Imperium Cigars is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. These are the customer’s responsibility.
