At CIGARS IMPERIUM Inc., we are committed to providing premium cigars and outstanding service. Due to the nature of our products, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items After Purchase
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide available options, which may include a replacement item, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or cancellation of the affected item.
Refunds for unavailable products will be processed to the original payment method when applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
Returns process
To return an item, please email customer service at sell@imperiumcigars.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
