Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Imperium Cigars welcomes partnerships with retailers and distributors across the United States. Our wholesale program is designed for licensed businesses looking to offer premium cigar products to their customers.

Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must:

  • Be a licensed retailer or distributor of tobacco products.

  • Submit valid business documentation, including a Reseller Certificate and Tobacco License where required.

  • Be located in a U.S. state where cigar sales and shipping are permitted.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum first-time order: $500

  • Reorder minimum: $300

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made via approved method (Authorize.net, ACH, or credit card).

  • Net 15/30 terms may be available upon credit approval.

  • Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly fee.

Shipping & Handling

  • Wholesale orders ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking and signature required.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Claims

  • Damaged goods must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Returns for non-defective items are not accepted unless authorized in writing.

Restrictions

  • Wholesale buyers may not sell online without prior written approval.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that fail to comply with state or federal laws.
